1. Block Reinforcement – Patented Technology

Prometec internally developed and later patented a complete system for block repair and reinforcement.
It is a high-technology plant that precisely controls all variables of the process:

• humidity
• temperature
• retention time
• vacuum level
• resin injection pressure

This rigorous control ensures optimal penetration of the consolidating products and makes it possible to recover material that would otherwise be lost, increasing the amount of block that can actually be processed and reducing waste.

2. Micro-Wire Technology – Strategic Partnership with KEDA

AAlongside the technology developed in-house, Prometec chose to introduce into Europe a top-level international innovation.
Thanks to a commercial partnership with KEDA, a leading Chinese company and global industry benchmark, Prometec has become the official distributor for Italy and Europe of thin micro-wire frame block-cutting technology.

This solution provides:

• up to +20% yield with the same cutting volume,
• better use of the raw material,
• reduced production waste,
• energy savings and lower environmental impact.
