Resin lines with separated static storehouses
Production capacity: from 20 to 40 slabs/h
Two separated silos characterize this kind of resin line: one silo dries the slabs and the other one oven curies them. Each silo is equipped with a thermal unit that uniformly flows the hot air both at various floors and upon the slab. Automatic lift inserts and extracts the trays with the slab inside/out the ovens.
Loading or unloading places can be served by means robots, automatic or semi-automatic tilting tables, placed either same or opposite ends of the line.
The resin plant can be straight line shaped, L shaped or U shaped.

he static store is characterised by the fact that the frame containing the slab is inserted at a level or floor of the store and is left there until the end of the thermal treatment that, according to the position in the line, may be drying of the slab or polymerisation of the resin applied to it. The store is equipped with a thermal unit that distributes hot air in a balanced way to the various floors as well as along the slab.
