Specializing in elite materials, the company is renowned for iconic marbles such as Silver River, El Dorado, and Silver Pearl, exported to strategic markets including Italy, United States, and China. To further enhance the quality of its slabs, Arslanlar Marble chose to integrate two state-of-the-art resin lines from Prometec, focusing on advanced technology, efficiency, and industrial precision. The first is a cyclic line system designed to ensure high productivity and uniform thermal treatment. This solution enables large volumes to be processed while maintaining consistent quality, guaranteeing perfect resin polymerization and a compact, stable structure.

The second is a reconstruction system dedicated to the deep restoration of slabs requiring targeted intervention before polishing. At this stage, the technology operates with extreme precision, consolidating the stone, restoring its structural integrity, and eliminating any natural weaknesses that may have emerged after cutting.

The integration of these lines has delivered measurable benefits: direct loading from the block trolley to the production line, optimized workflow, and reduced downtime. Perfect post-cut restoration increases mechanical strength and reduces waste, while the enhancement of veins and colors prepares the surface for an impeccable mirror polish.
