Automatic unloading carriage with tilting table equipped with two sliding saddles designed for a delicate setting down of slabs. The tilting table and the saddles are operated by means of hydraulic cylinders operated by means of a pumping unit placed onto the machine.
Both the wheels and the conveying rollers of the tilting frame are engine operated. The machine is furnished with touch screen control board setting up all required parameters. An ultra sonic sensor is detecting the carriage positioning.
The sensor is operated by means of an inverter for delicate and precise unloading of slabs. The automatic operation of the carriage runs by means of several sensors checking the position of the machine, the presence or absence of slab, the roller conveyor action. All these operations are stood over by means of a last generation PLC system. SAT carriage can be available with increased payload of 1,500 kg or 2,500 kg and with rotating roller conveyor frame to operate lines where the slab supports are placed onto their own axe.
