AUTOMATIC VACUUM CHAMBER
This machine creates a 0.05 BAR depression zone on the resin-bonded slabs to improve resin penetration inside the “blind” fractures of the slabs. Vacuum extracts the bubbles of air inside the lacks of the slab. Such an operation allows a fully and homogeny resin filling.
Vacuum time is settable by means of the panel board. All operations of the machine are completely automatic and coordinated to the conveyors.
The machine can be by passed by control panel command.
Prometec produces three kinds of Vacuum chamber: VAC 200, VAC 400 and VA C600.
