FIXED AUTOMATIC RESIN MACHINE FOR DEPOSITION ON MOVING SLABS
The machine is equipped with a single or multiple nozzle dispensing gun sliding on linear guides.
The guides are placed on a beam mounted on a solid structure fixed to the floor.
The gun moves transversely with respect to the movement of the slab below.
The whole system is controlled by an industrial PLC, installed on the electrical panel which processes the information from the plate reader in order to apply the resin over the entire surface of the treated material according to the quantities indicated by the operator.
Gun washing takes place automatically when the downtime exceeds the value previously set on the operator panel.
