High-frequency vibration device

The high-frequency vibration device is designed to enhance resin penetration inside natural stone slabs during the resin treatment process. Installed on the conveyor, it acts directly on the trolley supporting the slab by transmitting a controlled mechanical vibration.

This vibration helps eliminate microbubbles and improves resin distribution even deep inside the material, ensuring a more uniform and effective treatment, especially for porous or cracked stones.

OPERATING MODES

The device is a single unit capable of operating in three modes, selectable via the control system:

• Local manual activation: the operator can activate the vibration using an electromechanical pushbutton located directly on the conveyor.
• Timed automatic activation: the vibration is automatically triggered for a preset duration, configurable from the operator panel.
• Continuous automatic activation: the vibration remains active for the entire time the trolley is stopped at the working station.

Safety and operability

The device is designed to allow safe operator activity even during vibration, without compromising the efficiency of the line.
