AUTONET CLAMP

The machine consists of two modules:

Supporting module with net unwinding system: it consists of a strong structure supporting three axles with clutched supports; onto each roll is possible placing a fibreglass net roll with different width. Two rolls spread the net. The automatic cutting system, consisting of a disk motorized by means of compressed air and moveable by motorized axle, transversally severs the net according to the length of the slab previously measured.

Crabbing module with dragging net system: t consists a solid steel structure ground fastened by means of 4 solid columns supporting 2 rails making sliding the beam, equipped with the clamps for net, longitudinally moving compared to the slab direction. The whole system gets controlled by an industrial PLC system, installed onto its proper electric panel board, computing the informations arriving from
