DROP CLEANER WET

The machine is placed onto a belt conveyor and is equipped with a beam sliding onto lateral guides and supporting the chucks that pneumatically work operating the brushes and grinding heads. Chucks are equipped with pressure and counter pressure regulators.

The beam equipped with the chucks moves perpendicularly compared to the sense to the handling slabs. The machine can be equipped with 4 or 6 chucks. The speed of the chuck is manually adjustable by the operator. The machine is also operated by means of a limit switch working as reader for slabs while an encoder placed onto the belt conveyor adjusts the stroke about the bridge and the lifting about every chuck according to the edge of the slab. Working in this mode it is possible treating material with anything else edge, still obtaining to clean the surface of the slabs.
