Over the years, HBB has established itself as an international player, supported by a team of over 300 professionals and a well-developed export network across China and Europe. With five active quarries and a product portfolio that includes materials such as Ottoman Beige, Tundra Grey, and Arabescato, the company is now among the most recognized names in the industry.
With increasing production volumes—reaching up to 100,000 tons per year and a processing capacity of 200,000 m²—HBB faced a crucial challenge: boosting output while preserving the natural integrity and aesthetic perfection of each slab. In 2023, HBB launched a strategic partnership with Prometec, introducing a new resin treatment line equipped with next-generation cyclic ovens, marking a turning point.
Compared to traditional systems, cyclic ovens ensure uniform drying conditions, enabling complete moisture removal, deeper resin penetration, and improved structural stability.
The system was designed to optimize every stage of the process, from slab preparation to final polymerization. The ovens operate with controlled thermal cycles and homogeneous heat distribution, preventing thermal shock and ensuring consistent performance across the entire surface. The line is also integrated with automated solutions for handling and process parameter control, minimizing waste and improving production efficiency. This approach not only enhances the quality of the finished product but also ensures high industrial repeatability, which is essential for large-scale processing.
The result is an advanced finishing process capable of preserving the authenticity of the stone while enhancing its visual impact. Colors appear more intense, textures more defined, and overall quality reaches new standards of excellence.
